The U.S. Men's Under-19 Team won its sixth consecutive International Lacrosse Federation (ILF) World Championship in 2008, finishing 7-0 in the tournament in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. The U.S. squad defeated host Canada 19-12 in the gold medal game to improve to 36-0 all-time in international competition.
